When Can You Get a Refund?
• Refunds are available for returns requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds are not applicable for customized, altered, or discounted items.
Refund Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@nakhrelee.com with your order details.
2. Approval: Once we approve your return request, ship the item to the address provided.
3. Inspection: After receiving the product, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
4. Refund Issued:
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Refund Exceptions
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items returned in damaged or used condition will not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at
no additional cost.
