• Customized, altered, or discounted items cannot be returned.

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address.
3. Send the Product: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Receive Your Refund: After we inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment
method.

• No exchanges are available. You can return an item and place a new order.
